Refund policy

Sister Bakery is a small-batch cottage bakery located in The Woodlands, Texas. Every cookie is baked fresh to order, with local pickup available in two locations: Houston and The Woodlands.

No returns

Because of the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order

We stand behind the quality and freshness of every batch, and your experience matters to us. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or not up to our standard, please email hello@sisterbakery.com within 24 hours of pickup with your name, a short description and a photo. We will make it right.

Missed pickups

Orders are baked for a specific pickup day. Orders that are not picked up cannot be refunded unless you have arranged something with us beforehand, so please reach out as early as you can if your plans change.
