Welcome to Sister Bakery. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Sister Bakery

Sister Bakery is a small-batch cookie business based in Tomball, Texas. We operate on a weekly drop model: each Friday, that week's menu is announced and orders open. The order window closes Sunday at 11:59 PM. Cookies are baked and shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the following week, or made available for local pickup in Tomball.

2. Orders

All orders must be placed within the weekly order window (Friday open through Sunday 11:59 PM CT).
Orders placed outside the order window will not be accepted or fulfilled.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, shipping address) is accurate and complete.
Sister Bakery reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error. You will be notified and refunded if this occurs.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars.
Payment is processed securely through a third-party platform. Sister Bakery does not store your payment information.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

5. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Tomball, Texas. Pickup details and instructions will be communicated via email after your order is confirmed. Unclaimed pickup orders will not be refunded unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with a description and photo. We will work with you to make it right, at our discretion.

7. Allergens and Food Safety

Important: Sister Bakery products are baked in a home kitchen that processes common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and soy. Our products are not suitable for those with severe food allergies. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

If you have a specific allergen concern, please contact us before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sister Bakery website, including text, images, branding, and cookie names, is the property of Sister Bakery. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sister Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
