A drop is our weekly release - small, intentional, and made to sell out.
Orders open Friday and close Sunday at 11:59 PM. Once the window closes, wa bake
everything fresh, pack it with care, and get it ready for pickup/delivery.
No extras. No back stock. When it's gone, it's gone.

No, because fresh matters. We bake in small batches so every cookie is exactly how it
should be- not sitting on a shelf, not made days in advance. You're getting it at its
best.

Reach out as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can, but once baking begins,
changes may not be possible.

All orders are baked fresh after the drop closes. We spend Monday and Tuesday baking every cookie to order, with pickups taking place on Wednesday.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive all pickup details by email. Freshness always comes first around here.
